These are some of my writings which must be considered as fragments and very probing attempts at approaching the question: What can we expect from art, what role or "function" can we assign to art? In my work I try finding intersections where thinking and artistic experienced can complement each other. At the heart of this search lies the question of sense-experience in art as a way into new forms of experience, consciousness and ways of relating. This question and task, which is enacted more or less consciously in artistic work, constitutes an "intersection" between philosophy and art. A central issue on which I have worked (see more under "Biography") is the question of the relation between thinking and sense-perception, of how this relation can be reconfigured, and how a transformation can be understood, explicated and practised so as to create a new living synthesis. In order to do this I have assimilated very different kinds of approaches and heretical thinkers.
